Consulting in change management initiatives in the private and public sectors. Prosci certification desired.

Education and/or experience in OD. Federal consulting experience preferred.
workforce planning
Education or experience in human resources, talent strategy, or related field. Federal consulting experience and SWP certification preferred.
strategic communications
Experience in internal corporate communications for change management initiatives desired. Graphic design skills a plus.
